Return Policy
At Angelmins.net, a purchase is never final. You can return any purchase within 14 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your return within 14 days after the date you received your items.

There are a few exceptions to the return policy:

1) All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2) If you wish to exchange an item in general that is not damaged or was not incorrectly shipped, then your item will be exchanged but shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
3) NO opened DVD's or opened CD’s can be returned. There are no exceptions. If you do return them, and they are opened, you will not be refunded. We can not resell opened DVD's, or CD’s
If you want a replacement for a damaged item or wrong item shipped, please let us know. We will send a replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Angelmins.net, you must contact customer support
by email (Management@Angelmins.net) or by phone (1-877-410-9970).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name,
the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can
request to return the item for a refund (less shipping costs).

Shipping Policy for In stock Items
All items indicated to be in stock are shipped the next business day if orders are placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. In stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the
following business day.
A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only
confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for
your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping
method you selected). If you selected USPS you will only receive an email that your order was shipped.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in stock”
when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also
provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the
item to be in stock again.
